I am writing to inform you that I will be taking a 3 month sabbatical (holiday) from my GP role at Ouse Valley Practice on 01/05/25 returning on 01/08/25.
My clinical work will be fully covered by the clinical staff at Ouse Valley Practice.
My educational role will be covered by the Educational and clinical supervisors in the practice.
My administrative and management roles will be covered by my GP partners.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
